Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

Candidate must be Citizen of India for IAS, IFS & IPS. For other services, Indian/Nepal/Bhutan/Tibetan Refugee categories are eligible as per rules.

Age Limit (As on 01 August 2026)

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 32 Years
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 Years, OBC – 3 Years, PwBD – 10 Years

Educational Qualification

Candidate must hold a Graduate Degree from a recognized University.

Number of Attempts

• General: 6 Attempts
• OBC: 9 Attempts
• SC/ST: Unlimited
• PwBD: As per category rules
