About the Recruitment
Punjab National Bank (PNB) has released a large scale apprentice recruitment notification for the year 2025-26. A total of 5138 apprentice positions are available across various states in India. Selected candidates will undergo apprenticeship training in different branches of the bank. During the training period, candidates will receive a fixed monthly stipend as per branch category. Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Age Limit: 20 – 28 Years (as on 01.01.2026).
- Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per Government rules.
- Candidate must have knowledge of the local language of the state applied for.
- Applicants must possess valid ID proof and educational certificates.

Selection Process
- Online Written Examination (Objective Type – 100 Marks)
- Document Verification
- Local Language Proficiency Test
- Medical Fitness Test
The online examination may include sections such as General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability and English Language. Final selection will be based on merit and successful completion of all required stages.
